Elder Joseph Sant: Week 26 Hays

Olá Y'all!

This was one of the craziest week of my mission so far! Elder Belnap and I are having tons of fun! Hays is a great area! We have found 3 new people who are interested in learning more and one of our friends, named Tyler, has even set a goal of getting baptized on the 26! So keep him in your prayers! We are so excited for him!

Also there was not a single normal day this week! There was always something going on that was different. It would take me too much time to explain everything. But it was a good week!

This week a scripture from Helaman 5 stood out to me. In verse 5 it says "And now, my sons, remember, remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall." I know that when we build our foundation on Christ nothing can prevail against us. We will have trials. We will have things we struggle with. But with Christ as our foundation we will not lose!
